Can I pay with cash or cabcharge vouchers?
No, currently we only take payments via credit cards.
What time do your shuttles run?
Our shuttles do not have a set timetable. We personalise every pick up, and the pickup times are based on the customer flight times.
Where do I get picked up from?
You get picked up from your door step. Simply specify the address you would like to be picked up from and the shuttle will be sent there.
What if my plane is late?
You will need to contact us at the first opportunity you have once you know your plane will be late. Otherwise delay surcharges may apply. Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I change my booking time?
You may be charged an administration fee. Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions.
What time do you pick me up?
Our system generates a pick up time based on your flight details. Please ensure your flight details are accurate when making a booking.
What if I don't agree with the time your system generates for me?
Booking times can be changed with out charge if the pick up time to the airport is either too early or to late for you. This needs to be done ASAP.
How much luggage am I allowed?
Each person is allowed 1 carry-on and 1 check-in luggage.
Do I get charged for extra luggage or large/odd shaped objects (eg. Surfboard)?
Yes, $5 for any extra luggage and $10 for odd shaped objects.
Do you provide child seats or do I have to bring one along?
If specified in the booking form we can provide child seats (0-24 months) or boosters at no extra charge.
